Gabrielle Percic
Founder & Director
Background
Gabrielle is a specialist funds management headhunter, placing talent for Australian and global firms across equities, fixed income, infrastructure, real estate, private equity, private credit and other alternatives. Having lived in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, she brings a genuinely national perspective and travels regularly to maintain the relationships that matter most in this industry.
Before founding Cirrus, Gabrielle built and ran the distribution/ESG desk at Capital Executive Search, developing cross-asset-class expertise across institutional, wholesale, and retail distribution channels. Prior to recruitment, she was on a pathway to becoming a wealth adviser with Macquarie Private Bank, working in both their Perth and Sydney offices.
Gabrielle holds a BCom. (Finance & Economics) with Distinction from the University of Western Australia. She is also completing her CFA as a Level II candidate after passing Level I in 2024.
Outside of work, Gabrielle is a sport skydiver with over 200 jumps to her name. She is an active contributor to the sport, holding the positions of Media Liaison Officer and Area Judge for the Western Australian Parachute Council.

Before founding Cirrus, Gabrielle built and led the distribution desk at Capital Executive Search, developing deep, cross asset class expertise across all channels. Prior to recruitment, she worked in wealth management at Macquarie Private Bank in both Sydney and Perth.
She is currently completing her CFA as a Level II candidate after passing Level I in 2024. Gabrielle also holds a BCom. (Finance & Economics) with Distinction from the University of Western Australia.
